This is a ritual of becoming visible to yourself. Every element is intentional, every phase building on the last.
We create a small visual map of how you see yourself fully expressed, the seed of what the camera will later capture.
Before we begin, we ask permission. We bring offerings to the earth that holds us, opening the space with reverence.
A guided meditation with the tongue drum. Sound carries you inward; you leave the noise behind and arrive fully in your body.
Through a specially designed journal, you meet your intention and choose your affirmations, the words that become your prayer.
You move, sing, play, returning to your own words whenever the mind drifts. Not mantras to memorise; the truth of who you are, spoken back by your own voice.
By now you're already in it. The camera captures what is already there. You visualised it, you stepped into it, and now it's real.
You see yourself, not as you feared you looked, but as you truly are. The journal holds what shifted, and what you're taking home.

"Photogenic" is a performance word. We're not after your best angle, we're after you. When a woman stops performing for the camera, the images change completely. That shift is the whole work.
